About the Home

Since 1961, this home has had just two owners. The kind who maintain things properly, improve them thoughtfully, and care more about doing things right than doing them quickly.

For the past 21 years, the current owners have raised their family here and mindfully improved the property along the way, drawn in first by the Dry Creek setting and eventually by everything this home became around it.
